For lovers of light, natural yet flavoursome food, our Santé-Nature Cuisine offers a fresh menu that perfectly balances healthy eating with gastronomic pleasures. More than 200 recipes rely on fresh produce, fruit, vegetable, rich of vitamines, antioxidant, fishes, and omegas acid.
This menu varies everyday, and is proposed to our every guest for lunch and dinner, upon prior reservation.Our kitchen “Brigade” is very keen in adjusting our meals to food intolerances, allergies and special diets. Please let us know if you require any adaptation.
